About Us

3.19.27.(2), defines itself as an organization who is fuelled by the injustice and persecution of artists worldwide who have had their freedom of speech undermined by oppressive forces, and upholds the belief that everyone deserves the right to life, liberty, and security. Our mission is to help to insure everyone has the right to freedom of expression, and the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any artistic production of which they are the creator.

In collaboration with artists and partners from different parts of the world, our ambition is to help these muted voices by giving them an audience on the world stage. We will obtain the works of vulnerable, marginalized artists, and in turn, allow them to continue living as well as to continue speaking their truths though visual arts and literature.

Significance of 3.19.27(2)

The name 3.19.27(2) is derived from Articles 3, 19, and 27 - paragraph 2 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, reflecting our core mission to defend artistic freedom, cultural expression, and the rights of vulnerable, marginalized artists worldwide.

• Article 3 upholds the right to life, liberty, and security - principles often threatened for artists in exile or under censorship.

• Article 19 guarantees freedom of expression, a fundamental right that many artists are denied due to political, social, or cultural oppression.

• Article 27 - paragraph 2 safeguards the moral and material interests of creators, ensuring that artists retain ownership and recognition of their work.

By anchoring our name in these universal rights, 3.19.27(2) serves as both a platform and a protector, advocating for artists whose voices and visions deserve to be seen, heard, and preserved.
